These terms help protect customers, distributors, stockists, and the company. By using this website, placing an order, registering, sharing product links, or participating in any GPG business activity, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Product Use

GPG products are presented as herbal wellness products. Product information is provided for education and customer guidance only.

  • Products are not presented as a guaranteed cure for any disease.
  • Customers with medical conditions should seek professional medical advice before use.
  • Product experience can differ from person to person.
  • Customers should follow usage instructions and avoid unsupported claims.

2. Orders And Payment

Orders may be placed through approved company pages, member links, FastTrack product links, stockist pickup channels, or logged-in member dashboards.

  • Bank transfer orders become active after company/admin confirmation.
  • Pay-on-pickup orders may require store wallet acceptance before release.
  • Customers are responsible for delivery cost where free delivery does not apply.
  • Order details, tracking numbers, and pickup store details should be kept safe.

3. Marketing And Income Claims

GPG is a product-first marketing platform. Income, bonuses, awards, and recognition depend on qualifying activity, system rules, company settings, customer purchases, and verified records.

  • No distributor may promise guaranteed income or automatic rewards.
  • No distributor may misrepresent the compensation plan.
  • No distributor may present recruitment as a substitute for product sales.
  • Public promotion must be honest, respectful, and product-focused.

4. Accounts, Wallets And Security

Members are responsible for keeping their login details, wallet PIN, bank details, and transaction records safe.

  • Wallet PINs must not be shared with another person.
  • Bank details should only be added or changed through approved secure channels.
  • Suspicious wallet, order, or withdrawal activity may be held for review.
  • Admin may review records to prevent fraud, duplicate payments, or unauthorized access.

5. Stockist And Pickup Rules

Stockists and pickup stores are expected to handle customer orders, inventory, wallet acceptance, and reconciliation honestly.

  • Stores should only accept orders they are authorized to process.
  • Stores must not deliver unpaid or unconfirmed orders outside the system.
  • Store inventory and restock records should reflect actual stock movement.
  • Main Store may receive orders where stockists cannot fulfill product supply.

6. Changes To Rules

GPG may update product prices, compensation settings, wallet rules, promotions, stockist requirements, and public policies when needed for safety, compliance, or sustainability.

Continued use of the platform after changes means the user accepts the updated rules.

Fair Use Statement

GPG reserves the right to suspend activity, reverse unpaid or invalid records, decline suspicious transactions, and protect the platform where misuse, fraud, false claims, or policy abuse is detected.
